We have MANY years of experience in Project Management - successful Project Management - and have served clients in a wide range of verticals (see the inset panel on our Home page). Our project record is not restricted to a narrow field: we have delivered projects in application development, technology/infrastructure, strategic planning, business, and more
We are not technology or business Subject Matter Experts trying to manage projects. We are Project Management SMEs doing what we do best.
We believe that a good analogy exists between the First Officer flying a passenger aircraft and a Project Manager running a project - both need to have a very good understanding of the underlying elements of their project (or aircraft), but need not be SMEs in those domains.
We have been called upon to “rescue” several significant, even mission-critical, projects that had been assigned to very capable SMEs but had been driven into chaos very quickly. It’s always best to do “it” right and do “it” only once - the direct and/or opportunity cost of rescuing a failed project can be enormous.
